This person intrigues me greatly. And also reminds me of some of the intense talent that I've encountered here that really humbles me. It's kind of scary to have gone through high school believing yourself to be gifted and then suddenly discover that there are a whole slew of people more talented than you. :|

hehe. well, I kind of knew I wasn't talented throughout high school, but I had this complex where I intensely wanted to be and thus worked pretty hard to make myself special, at least in high school. Denial of my lack of talent and attempt to overcome it...inferiority complex?

Anyway. I heard him and I knew I HAD to introduce myself to him. xDDD hopefully the next time he comes, I can record him and show you guys.

I dunno. College is a bummer sometimes. Makes you wonder how much your effort is worth, haha...and whether or not you can ever achieve self actualization if you're never special.

Well, that worked in high school, miss valedictorian. :P But yeah, college is a whole 'nother kind of beast.

Do you still fiddle around on the piano anymore? You haven't really talked about that in a while.
