So... MHIP never received the fax from my PCP's office. I have no idea what's going on. I got a number for my PCP's office to call and am having Vernisse call them today.

This is frelling ridiculous.

Vernisse did fax it to the right number, so I have no idea what's going on. She faxed it again today at 1:08, so tomorrow at 2 I will call MHIP to make sure they received it.

I'm not a violent person. I'm really not. But I'm starting to get very, very angry at my PCP's office. I called MHIP today, because the prior authorization form for the Enbrel was *still* not going through and I now have 2 shots left, and I'm taking one of them today. Rob stopped by my PCP's office on his way to work to bitch them out (go Rob!). He explained to them that the form wasn't even filled out all the way and that, because of their ineptitude, my absolutely necessary medication was denied. So, Rob picked up the Prior Authorization forms from my PCP's office. And I found out why they denied the claim. On the Prior Authorization form, there is a section titled "Other Medications/Therapies Tried And Reason(s) For Failure". My charming doctor's office left this critical section blank.
