MHIP and PCP's Office Update

Rob stopped by my PCP's office on his way to work to bitch them out (go Rob!). He explained to them that the form wasn't even filled out all the way and that, because of their ineptitude, my absolutely necessary medication was denied. He was promised that they'd redo the form and call me today
