looking for a recipe for

a really low calorie vegetarian curry-Indian or Japanese,
which doesn't include coconut milk
I'd like a recipe that results in one small serving (for one)
Baring in mind I will be serving it with brown rice.
I have plenty of different herbs and spices, quite a few vegetables and quorn and tofu.

Having lived in Osaka for years, I miss classic Kansai street food like takoyaki (octopus balls), but buying them frozen in a bag just isn’t the same.
