I had my doctor appointment again today.  I am much more comfortable now, and my foot is looking less like a mummy's foot.

Someone has made a robot that can play the flute!  This is interesting, and fine for research, but I pray nobody ever decides to mass produce these things.  It's hard enough to find places to perform without having to compete with a robot!

The weather has been unseasonably warm.  There's something wrong with wearing shorts on October 20th!  Last week it did get cold enough to turn on the heat, although we haven't had a frost yet, so this helped the leaves get started.  Today I took my camera on my walk just to photograph the gorgeous foliage ( Read more... )
