Just got back from visiting Trudy. It's nice to get to chat with her, and it seemed too bad to drive by there on my way home from work every day and not drop in to see her. Our flute choir director had a video of us made at my church in May, and has posted it! Our group is made up of half high school students and half adults. You will notice that we have one honorary flute in the group. Our conductor was somewhat hampered because she was conducting with a broken arm!

I started out the weekend by doing ( 2 flute choir concerts at nursing homes. )

Tonight was the spring concert for Capitol Wind Ensemble. We started out with National Emblem. During a short rest I looked up from my music and saw... a spider lowering himself onto my stand.
