Don't know why I like this scene so much but I do. Inuyasha doesn't have much luck this chapter, but I like all the bits about him. (I don't think I'm a closet masochist...)

I am so close to actually finally hopefully being finished with the next chapter of Shrine Prostitute. One last scene to rewrite (again) because I decided it needs to take place in a different location so it's not so creepy. Then one final read through/edit and I'm done! I'm starting a new story that has been in my head for years, seriously, YEARS, but I find myself doing the same old thing where I just want to skip ahead to the good stuff. I'd forgotten how much arduous setup there is necessary to put in at the beginning of a multi-chaptered fic. Le sigh. Oh the horrid trials of authorship, haha.
