My hair is more wavy than big, bouncing curls. I find that I have to saturate it with some sort of product/serum/oil to keep the poofiness down and the waves/curls defined & separated. I still haven't found the "Holy Grail" product that is so wonderful I must buy it over and over again. Does anyone have a product they put in after washing that ( Read more... )

So basically I'm sick of my hair.  I had braids for 2 years then I straightened my hair (not relaxed) but it takes too much time to keep it naturally straight and not frizzy.. mainly because I can't even sit still to do my own hair. What's the best way to keep curls well defined? They turn into waves when I brush my hair, but I want to have curls for more than one day =/ (I didn't brush it today to keep the curls, but that meant it was also a bit frizzy and tangly from sleeping on it).

I used to have VERY curly hair when I was a little girl. When I got to late elementary it was thick and straight-to-wavy. I hit puberty and bam! Frizz and poof.
