Anybody who knows me knows that I am a music FREAK. I need it just as much as I need air. Chris teases me about it, saying that I really only listen to the same 100 songs. That is SO untrue! I can't believe it's Halloween already tomorrow! Becca's excited - the 5th grade, instead of having individual classroom parties like the rest of the school, will be having a huge party together in the cafeteria. One of the staff members will be DJing (he DJs on the side and has the equipment, so he gets roped into these things to have fun, too ( Read more... )

Just a quick 13 today. I've had a sinus headache for days and just can't think of a clever and awesome 13 this week. I like Fall, but it does play havoc with my sinuses every year.

Saturday, September 27th is the start of Banned Books Week. I checked out a couple lists of frequently banned and challenged books, and realized I've read quite a few.
