Spouse is bringing home some pheasant and quail that he bagged today. I'm looking for a few tips for cooking them and did get some info out of the few old posts in the community. But extra first hand info is always nice to have. Thanks!
I have a lb of ground moose meat in my freezer. What would you suggest as the best way to use it to keep the yummy flavor? Since I just have this one lb I want to make sure it goes to something spectacular.
