LOL! the previos comment made me laugh :)
but i would make a pate- and eat it on a toast with some red onion jam.

or- if im lazy, cook it in good seasoned stock. and grind it in a food processor with some eggs, fried onions, mayo, salt and pepper.

or sliced thin and stirfried with garlic chives and a dash of soy with ginger and vinegar.

mince it and make pancakes.
If there would be too many of those - make a liver cake.
Takes time but you'll love the result:)

-cajun dirty rice
-southern fried livers
-cut it with ground turkey to make a liver loaf
-a basic dredge in flour, to be seared and finished in Red Wine may work (though I've only done this with beef liver before)
