Liver!

Suppose you had 10 pounds of turkey liver. Other than sauteing it with onions, what would you do?

meat: turkey, help: what to make, meat: exotic

Honestly? Feed it to the cats.
I like a lot of meats, but liver just is not one of them.

Haha same here. Was going to post "feed it to the dog!"

Though come to think of it, my husband would never forgive me if I did that. So scratch that and make it "feed it to the husband!" hahaha.

Cajun Rice or Fried livers for sure. You can tell I'm American ha. Anyway. 10 pounds is a lot of liver. I've only had chicken liver not sure if it tastes the same but cajun rice YUM

Don't mix it with anything, but use it 'as is' to search for the legendary lost mine of Jarlsberg & Brie.

What? You've never of 'Liver alone - cheese mine!'

OK, that was pretty bad. So...I'd pop that liver on a med-hot grill, brush it with a little sesame oil, sprinkle w/salt + lots of black pepper and crushed red pepper. Grill some pita bread, and cook up some onions + garlic in olive oil.

I'd cook it, freeze it, and use it as dog food. I hate liver.

Kind of a pate, but smoother according Jamie's description. I have never tried it, but it looks good. I guess there is no problem on substituing chiken liver with turkey liver.
