I've been extraordinarily busy as of late, but that's okay. I've been working on Christmas cards and just plain working.

I spent the morning helping design our "root cellar" (It's really above ground and used for storing all sorts of stuff) and harvesting potatoes. I finally found my ESB cord and was going to post a pic spam post of chickens, etc., but something happened last night to change it. Starting at about 10:30PM Andrew and I heard the horses, mule, and donkey next door making as much noise as humanly (equinely?) possible. Well, it seems we have two new roosters. I assumed that at least one of the Americanas was a rooster, but now it appears we have two. Theoretically, they were supposed to be all hens in this flock - it was not a straight run - but there are always one or two that get by the sexers.
