Is that every time I try it I also seem to end up with too little to do, get depressed, and start comfort eating anyway. *sigh*.

And if I had nothing in the flat to eat like that it'd just be bread and jam or something anyway.

So I'm bored. Why? Because I don't really have much to do. Why don't I have anything to do? Somehow I'd managed not to think about this too much until this evening.

Then it occurred to me I'd not arranged anything to do with the bank holiday weekend, you know, when at least some of my friends must be doing something I could join in with.

I find myself wondering what is in store for me if I do not manage to get the anxiety under control. I know already far too well that with the way I have been in the past, and am being right now due to recent stress, I cannot expect anyone to 'put up with me' on more than a short-term basis.

I'd much rather either be out someplace with lovely friendly people having a good time, or snuggled up on the sofa with that special someone, *sigh*.

I need some socialisation this weekend. I was planning on a trip to London anyway to shop for new trainers. So, who's up to something this Sat/Sun and would welcome me along on it? Pubbing, (gothy) clubbing, movie-going, bbq'ing, staying in and watching movies/playing games, whatever. I just want some company and preferably a good number of

With all that stress I'm now very depressed and feeling very lonely and wish I had someone within walking (or them driving) distance to go spend the evening with.
