Title: Love In Cold Blood

Summary: I don't want to give away too much.. but basically it's a Vampire fic except it's based in the real world so basically the only thing that's really totally unrealistic is the fact that theres vampires. This fic will not be horror, it will have a few mildy scary moments but mostly its oddly romantic.

The thought of DiCo becoming a vampire- a bad vampire hurt; Was Ville right? Would DiCo turn bad if Gas or Linde were to turn him? Would they even turn him?
My mind raced and Ville sighed, "Trust me."
"But...if we kill Gas and Linde, noone will be able to turn DiCo into a vampire and he won't have to die!" I said, my voice getting more and more hopeful as I went on.
Ville seemed surprised but shook his head; "No."
"Why not? It makes perfect sense!"
"No."
"Why not?" I repeated, my voice breaking.
"Because he loves you!" Ville glared, crossing his arms, "And he can't have you. I told you this already Bam, can't you understand English?!"
"Can you?! I also told you that I would never fall for DiCo."
"He's too close to you" Ville sighed, "It's for the best. If he ever were to somehow find out about us being vampires, we'll be in huge trouble."
"I'm not a girl, Ville, I don't tell him big secrets! I never gossip or anything."
His eyes seemed puzzled as he shook his head with another sigh, "Ok, we won't kill DiCo." he said, "But if he ever does find out, we have to."
I nodded with a gulp; It couldn't be that hard to keep from him, could it?
"I'm hungry" Ville hissed angrily, "how can you stand to be without blood for this long?"
I shrugged, "I guess I just don't think about it.."
He glared and pulled back on his shoes, "It's close enough to eight, let's go, I'm so hungry I could-" he paused.
"What?"
"Nothing."
"Stop doing that! You can tell me! We're stuck together for eternity after all!" I huffed.
A small smile played across his lips and he laughed slightly, "True.", as he grabbed his trenchcoat, "I was going to say that I'm so hungry I could just, you know, suck your blood instead of Gas's, it's not like we can die anyway- well, not easily."
"Oh" I mumbled uneasily, "well, we better get Gas quick then."
He seemed to not like my answer because his smile dissapeared, "You're no fun, Bammie."
I laughed, "I never said I was."
We stepped out my door with a cup of hot chocolate each that April had given us before we left;
"It's not too far from my house, we can take a cab." I said nervously as I dialed the local cab number on my cellphone.
"Stop dialing" Ville laughed, "we can fly."
The thought dawned on me and I too laughed, "I'm so stupid!" I said as I hid my cellphone and coat in the nearby bushes, and Ville did too;
I did as Ville instructed me to do earlier and soon we were both bats.
"See, now we don't have to pay a cab fee" Ville laughed.
I nodded as I realised a little kid staring up at us;
"Ville! We need to be careful, bats arn't a normal sight here!"
"Ah, yes" he mumbled as we flew higher into the sky, quickly flapping our wings on our way to ShadyPine Lane.

._. my shortest chapter yet. I feel bad bout posting so little this time, but I'm sick and have to go to bed early. :( sorry.. but I promise next chapter will be normal length or longer.
