Took a line drive to the face at softball last night. Had to get stitches in my chin and then a cat scan revealed I'd shattered my mandible. In hospital awaiting syrgery to repair and I've been told they will wire my jaw shut fOr 4 to 6 weeks. Never had surgery hefore so I'm fairly nervous.
