Had a dream about being in some weird metal frame disk-like structure when a tornado hit; the whole thing got ripped up and was spinning and crashing down the street. The other day I was advising on the best ways to turn one's brain off so one is no longer angsting/thinking/going crazy over whatever it is. I advocated plugging one's brain into a good film, book or puzzle. Spent all Tuesday night feeling awful and feverish; slept for a bit at sun-up, woke at 10 feeling fine and actually interested in doing artwork. (Yeah, I was surprised too.) Did chores, got clean, cut feathers so they were less ratty, prepped art and then allowed my neurons to roam as a reward for good behaviour.
