This is either an 80's or 90's (possibly even 70's) book. I don't remember much about it except I'm pretty sure it was a mystery book (for teens maybe?). My sisters & I had a video when we were younger in the 80s and we believe it was part of a series. It starred two puppets (a boy P.J. and a girl) who solved mysteries in an education way.
