i can't help it
i'm bummed. i distracted myself all weekend but when i have time to myself and really start to think about it, i miss him and that makes me sad. i feel like i am not ever going to have a successful relationship.

recent happenings
on monday my lawyer notified me that my divorce is final.
i got married in march of 2006. my ex-husband and i dated for 3 or so years before we decided to get married. in march of 2007 i discovered that he was sleeping with my then best friend. he & his daughter moved out and i started to move on. the last time i even spoke to him was september ( Read more... ) -
weekend of fun
my goodness i haven't giggled as much as i did this weekend in a very long time!
friday i went to happy hour with co-workers, we started at macayos then kept going all night, we went to shady's next then to glam. by about 11 i was pretty close to gone. i thought it would be a good idea to walk from shady's to glam... it's not that far but too far ( Read more... ) -

especially when i remember to bring my laptop. my connection at home is so shitty i sometimes have to reset my modem 4 times for one song.
needless to say i just downloaded an hour long mix in ~20 seconds

Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day
today my boss was fired. i found out about it yesterday but it didn't make it any less shocking and has left me feeling very exposed.

last night was my company party. i wasn't that excited about it because of some drama that has been going on at work but once i got there and had a few drinks i had a great time.
