Err.. okay, so it's Monday, but we had this yesterday (Sunday!) for brunch! Pancakes with strawberries and syrup, skillet roasted red potatoes, and little toasts with goat cheese and a peach/raspberry/honey type compote. Filling and really delicious! Only thing that would have made this more complete would have been a nice mimosa. ;)

One of my coworkers has a lemon tree in their backyard, and recently they gave me a shopping bag half full with lemons!! Needless to say, I'm going to be making a lot of lemon recipes in the next couple of weeks. This bothers me none, as I looooove lemon ( Read more... )
