Still chuggin!!! My weight didn't change at all this month. I weigh myself once a month, and last month I was 69.1 k/ 152 pounds, and this month, I was.... exactly the same weight.

I've lost 2.1 kilos since coming back to Japan. Not bad! But I still haven't reached the weight I was at right before I left. :/

Results courtesy of Yogaglo, Insanity, and now TurboFire too. I only eat meat once or twice a week, the rest is all vegetarian or vegan. As always, please excuse my blinding paleness and general unhotness.

I have been feeling WONDERFUL lately!!! For the past 2 weeks I've been waking up early to do at least 20 minutes of yoga before I get ready for work. Maybe that's what's doing it. I just feel so happy and full of energy. I feel like it's making me a much better teacher, too. I pay more attention to the students, and the students give me positive ( Read more... )

Woke up at 5:30. Didn't intend to wake up so early, but I just... did. So I played AC3!!! Finished Sequence 10. woo!

Then we had breakfast, cleaned the house, I did some yoga + Insanity, and I took a nap for an hour. ahh~

Still chuggin' along. Working out every single day-- I can't NOT work out, because I love how I feel afterwards. :) I do Yogaglo every day and an Insanity workout 4-5 times a week. I lost 1.3 kilos this month, which is 7.2 kilos down since August. What's most exciting is that I'm finally in the 60-kilo range rather than the 70!! It's been ages. ( Read more... )

Lost 2.4 kilos this month. I'm satisfied with that, and also with the changes in my body. My collarbones are bangin' and my shoulders and waist are looking better. I feel most confident and happier, and less stressed. Things are going really well.

Wednesday night was hell on earth. I woke up at 2 in the morning with a super painful sore throat. I did a salt water gargle to (somewhat) alleviate the pain and then went back to bed. Couldn't sleep.

Laid down on my Shakti Mat with eye pillow and did deep breathing to try and will myself to sleep. Couldn't sleep.
