Still chuggin!!! My weight didn't change at all this month. I weigh myself once a month, and last month I was 69.1 k/ 152 pounds, and this month, I was.... exactly the same weight.

I've lost 2.1 kilos since coming back to Japan. Not bad! But I still haven't reached the weight I was at right before I left. :/

Results courtesy of Yogaglo, Insanity, and now TurboFire too. I only eat meat once or twice a week, the rest is all vegetarian or vegan. As always, please excuse my blinding paleness and general unhotness.

I'm at over 50% completion in Red Dead Redemption! I'm in Mexico, and I seem to have finished the DeSanta missions and now I'm working with Reyes. I gotta say, I still love the game and enjoy playing it, but the story got a lot less interesting once the setting changed from the US to Mexico ( Read more... )

I have been feeling WONDERFUL lately!!! For the past 2 weeks I've been waking up early to do at least 20 minutes of yoga before I get ready for work. Maybe that's what's doing it.
