On Friday night we had dinner at Sushiro, a conveyor belt place where all the sushi is 105 yen per plate. SUPER yummy! I especially liked the salmon basil sushi, and the tempura udon and matcha parfait were great too. :3

Today was the Zen-Kanto Taikai, a big karate tournament that RooG enters every year. I used to enter every year too, during my illustrious karate career. I even won once!.... but if you read the entry you'll see it wasn't much of an accomplishment. :-/

Our Tomahawk hoodies arrived today!!! YAAASSSS!!!!! They were kinda slow in coming-- I ordered them on Dec 2 and they only showed up this afternoon. Weekend update!! Yesterday was pretty uneventful. We went to the dentist for checkups. I have a cavity. ;___; Massive sadness. I brush twice or three times a day and use Listerine and the dentist said my teeth and gums are in really good shape... aside from the cavity. D'oh. A pretty uneventful week. It went by fast!

On Monday the ramen shop Ippachiya was giving away coupons for a free plate of gyoza... so we each got one to go with our bowl of ramen. Delicious but of course I didn't feel so hot after I was finished. So oily. >_<
