Last time I wrote in this my grandpa was nearing his final days. Those days have came and went, and I'm glad that his suffering is over. It's interesting because never before have I felt someone so close to me give up the ghost. My mother is finally getting past the grieving process and I'm glad to see that she's feeling better. Driving home today my mom picks up her ringing cell phone. It was my grandpa politely letting my mom know that the cancer that he was been so diligently battling for almost two years now has finally spread to his brain. Thanks to some close friends and family my birthday was probably one of the longest I've ever had. I was awake for so much of July 14th this year, it was pretty remarkable. My Whore - Doing it for the Kids album came today. Kind of glad my mom didn't ask me what I had ordered when she saw the package.

So I went to prom. That was nice. I had a good time with all of my friends. Loosing all of our worries and cares out on the dance floor. It just reminded me of all those movies and television shows that portray the weird kids dancing and not caring what anyone else thinks.
