This week I have been assessing my food and diet issues while trying to not get too obsessed. I am going to keep writing about this stuff, and although I always use lj-cuts, I think filtering it would be a good idea.

I've been ill for the last couple of days. Got norovirus after helping reddragdiva and family out. I'm getting better now, but I'm still infectious. I have disgusting things I want to tell you. A few months ago when I was depressed, I injured myself by obsessively playing Solitaire on the computer. This was a very pathetic way to injure myself I think! I have De Quervain's Tendinitis, and other related problems. I shall type a list of things I should not do for more than 5 minutes ( Read more... )
