I just watched the film Fat City. I generally like depressing films, but that really took the biscuit! It's about an alcoholic boxer in his declining years. I've been drinking a bit heavily lately, I need to cut down. I'd also better stop buying rosé, it goes down way too fast. I've been doing it to calm myself down after doing something social, and I need to use other relaxation techniques.
