So after my last OUTBoard meeting, I was asked a question. Last night was the next OUTBoard meeting, so I asked about fencing along the tracks. We just got back from Thanksmas - A's mom's brother hosts a family gathering between Thanksgiving and Christmas every year, usually this first weekend in December. We have the standard turkey dinner and fixings with some xmas standards thrown in, tons of desserts, and a few presents to open at the end. Voicemail when I got back from lunch with my brother:

A. (in the background): Tell mommy hi.
Nate, loudly: Hi!!
A.: tell her where we are!
Nate, even louder: At THOMAS!
A.: What else did you want to tell her? Woo-woo.
Nate, louder still: WOOT-WOOT!!!!

The guys are on their way to A Day Out with Thomas. We got free tickets from WUNC-TV. I'm not going with them, because on Friday, I'm going to bagpipe camp, where, at the very least, I hope to rediscover my muse and buy a better pennywhistle (or 3).
