When I started this job, it was mainly technical writing. It has since progressed into a variety of other things, which is fine. And ultimately, I think I'm going in the direction of managing the website. Especially three-hour ones that happen right at the beginning of the day, before I have a chance to do any of the things I normally do at the beginning of my day. Specifically, I didn't have time to get my coffee before the clients arrived. My smile for the day: the fact that the client I'm working on right now is a Canadian company, so that I only have to do practically the same thing 15 times (10 provinces, 3 territories, general and federal) instead of the 50 or so it would be if it were an American company.

This is going to be a looooooooooong day. Not only do I have to futz some more with the most obnoxious site ever after a meeting with the client yesterday, but one of the boss's kids is here, and is seriously annoying. She's been here half an hour and I'm already going mad.

Somebody please kill me...
