So I'm doing laundry last night, along with just about everybody else in the building, it seems. I'm waiting for a dryer to finish, so I can toss my last washer load into it, and this woman puts a few things into another dryer. So I just almost got shmucked by a car while I was downtown. I was crossing the street, on my own light, so not even jaywalking. I am so annoyed. After a long and tiring day at work, I headed over to the flower shop to drop off some stuff for my sister. This means that, instead of taking the nice bus that would get me home in 20 minutes to half an hour, I hopped on a 2.
