     Got home from a trip to Swift Current around 10pm this evening, only to get an Email from the president of the WCMHC saying that our website seems to have been hacked.  Check it out, and sure enough there's a trojan/virus trying to sneak in.  To make matters worse, my FTP account password fails!  Fortunately, my master account password still ( Read more... )

Thanks to a bit of a schedule mix-up, I still have to work tomorrow (Saturday.)  I'm not overly pleased about that, as the original agreement was that I was not to have to work on weekends.  Trying to get the farm cleaned up, and trying to get Iron Pony off the ground, I need at least those two days in a row to get things done.  ( Read more... )

We found out why the dog has been barfing lately...

This morning, trixstir  caught him red-pawed in the back of the truck, ripping apart the garbage bags and eating the trash!  Darn dog has been climbing up on the big snowbank next to the truck, and jumping in the back to raid the trash!  He knew immediately that he'd been caught doing something ( Read more... )

Well, I had hoped to get some more progress made on the receipts, pay some bills, and get some outdoor stuff done. I managed to get a very little bit of stuff done in the shop, and this evening when I go into town I'll drop off some cheques into the accounts. Well, it took a while, but we finally have all six lanes at the bowling alley working. We got the buggered controller-board in one of the pin-setters replaced last week, only to lose Lane 4 because some kid walked all over the approach with wet socks! AURGH ( Read more... )
