     I had to drive to Swift Current today since (as I expected) the Co-op Agro centre did not have a thermocouple for my furnace.  They did have a small one, but far too small for my furnace (which, BTW, uses a 24" universal-fit thermocouple.)  It's a costant annoyance that the Agro claims to have everything you need, but in reality they rarely ( Read more... )

     Why is it, that these big box stores (Rona, Home Depot, Lowes, et all) all seem to have thousands of items, and yet they never seem to have the item you actually need?  Or, even if they do carry the item, they ever-so-conveniently happen to be sold out at the moment...  I have greatly lost faith in these places: I can't remember how many times ( Read more... )
