I got stuff done at the shop; Got two garden-tractors out of the shop, a lawn-mower, and another string-trimmer.  Deposited cash and cheques in one of the bank-accounts, paid a credit-card bill from another, then used Interac to transfer money from one bank to another and ( Read more... )

     I finally made some progress yesterday on two key "partnerships" with Iron Pony:  I was able to get ahold of the people at Champion Power Equipment, and a Canadian supplier of parts for Chinese-made motor-sports, China Parts Depot.com.  It took a long time to finally find a Canadian distributor for these parts, and I'm delighted to have ( Read more... )

     It started at about 4am with one of the barn-cats (I assume it was Spooky) yowling her love-song under the bedroom window.  :/

     I finally got a decent night's sleep last night; Trixstir set up a cot in the Munchkin's room, and we all actually managed to sleep fairly well.  Just the same, a cold, grey, foggy, raining Monday is not the most pleasant way the start the week.  :/

     It's 4:00 AM as I'm writing this.  I've been awake since 3:30 AM.  I should be in bed, sound asleep.

The Munchkin and trixstir  are both sleeping, so for once it's not a fussy baby that's the problem.

At the moment they're both sleeping, finally...   One of the biggest problems with newborns (or any baby until they can start talking) is that you have no way of knowing what's wrong with them; All you know is that they're crying.  Are they hungry?  Wet?  Messy?  Too Hot ( Read more... )
