FAIL Staples!!
Grrrrr....
It's really annoying when stores send you an Email, saying "We've got some great items on sale, online only!" and there really is something that you want/need. Of course, it's "Limited Stock, Order NOW!!!!" and even though the email was just sent, by the time you get to their website, they're already sold out. That would be bad enough...
What's worse, is when you get to the site, add the item to your cart, and only after going through the checkout system does it pop up and say, "Oh, sorry. We're all sold out of that item."
WTH Staples?!?! Why didn't your stupid online shopping cart tell me that in the first place?!?! Why make me go through all that, only to tell me at the end that you don't have any of the product left? Why tell me that you can ship it in three business days when you know full well that you don't even have any? If I am able to add the item to my cart, then you should bloody well have the item in stock. Jerkoffs!!!
EDIT: I went back to the site, mostly because I was trying to find the item again so I could see if anyone else had it. The item was still in my cart, so just for Shits & Giggles I told the thing to process the order again. This time it all went through!!! Again, WTH Staples?! First you have the item, then you don't, then you do again?! I mean, great, the item should now be here in three days, but you would have lost the sale entirely because of that screw-up. Geeeze...
