I went to bed very early last night - 6:30. Felt so tired and had a headache. I had a meeting I could go to but decided to stay home and went to bed instead. Dave was in the living room watching TV and I wanted to talk to him about something but it seemed too difficult to walk out there so I called him on the phone. Woke up with a cluster headache. I don't know what they are for sure but I call them cluster headaches cause from what I've read on the internet that seems to fit the description. Huge pain in my eyeballs. Like a stabbing. Sometimes one eye, sometimes both. Today both. The headaches come in clusters of a few at a time and then none for months again ( Read more... )

Got a bad headache during the night - behind my eyes. Usually I think that means I am coming off of caffeine so this morning when I got up I was looking forward to my tea making the headache disappear. It didn't.
