Just passing time till Candy picks me up for our Meals on Wheels assignment. I have no idea what I'll be doing. Just be a helper I guess. It makes me nervous not knowing what is expected of me but I'll have to let that go and BE IN THE MOMENT and see what happens.

I did not sleep at all well last night. Got up in the night and sat in the living room looking at my phone - reading, youtubes and facebook stuff. I get disgusted with myself when I waste so much time on that. I went back to bed a couple times but then just lay there with my eyes open so I went back to the living room again...
