Dropped off my car for inspection this morning and walked down to McD's for breakfast and coffee (just a mile away) while they worked on it. On my way down the hill a fellow with his German shepard dog came from behind me on the sidewalk to go around me and I recognized him as someone who was our neighbor in the old Deemer's Dam Road days. Yesterday Candy and I set out to hike the Ridge Trail at the Kennerdell Tract but I didn't have a map and we missed the turnoff that we should have taken so we ended up going on to the Window Trail instead. Nancy bought lunch for Hazel and me at Perkins in Meadville (strawberry crepes for me) and then we stopped by here afterwards. I wanted Nancy to play my Grandpa Piano. Wanted to hear it played well by someone.
