Brianna is 11 months old today. It's hard to believe we'll be celebrating her 1st birthday in one month's time. Alex is now three years old. He is also fully potty trained. The drive from PHX to San Diego, CA is much nicer than the drive to Los Angeles. I suppose I shouldn't be all that surprised by that. The topography is more interesting, as are the U.S. Border patrols one encounters during said trip. I have temporarily named our second child. Since we won't know what the gender will be until sometime around Christmas, we need to decide on a name for either sex. This is difficult. For now, I am calling it in honour of Radiohead, "Kid B". That would make Alex "Kid A". "Kid B" is due to drop on May 18, 2008 ( Read more... )

Shannon's oldest friend in the world, Stefanie, is about to have a baby girl any minute now up in Las Vegas. yesterday, she picked up Alex from day care, and she and her mom and Alex drove to Sin City to be there for the event. these two practically have "Francesca" and Alex's futures decided. they call her Frankie for short. she should be born ( Read more... )
