I realize that many of my entries lately have been focused on "Today I did this" or "Today I felt that" kind of things. But have I answered the question of how I am feeling? I don't think so.

The past few days have gone by slowly. On the outside I would guess that co-workers see me as a bit melancholy but doing my job. On the inside I hurt. I really miss my girl. Yesterday was a big scare for us.  A dear friend got a call that her 4 year old daughter who was at Grandma's house had a seizure. She has epilepsy and has had several. Last night my last thought was. "Theres one more day behind me and one less day in front of me." I didn't get to bed until after 1 and I was up at 5:30 to get ready for work. I am tired today. Being tired makes it hard to be strong which in my case leads to an emotional day ( Read more... )

This weekend has been a struggle for all of us. As I indicated from the 4th of July post we have all been on the edge. I realize now that we are strong in numbers.
