So, I finally had a better day.  Last night I saw my good friends' band play.  Came home, sat at the piano, and it all started to make sense.  After doing some organizing, I felt pleased to see I have 7 active songs/themes that I'm working on.  That made for a smile as I fell asleep.  This morning.
