Got back from the new York vacation last week. Had an amazing time. I feel closer to J. than before. Is that strange? I don't think so. My affections for him just seem to constantly grow. It's strange to think that it's only been 5 1/2 months. Sometimes I'm amazed to discover that there are still some things he and I don't know about each other.

Yes, folks.  J. and I just booked our flight to New York.  We're going the first two weeks of October and spending time all over the state including several days in the Big Apple.

I can't even begin to explain just how excited I am.  I've never been to New York and would never have even dreamed that I'd be able to visit before I turned 30.

It's starting to happen.

I'm starting to get antsy about leaving.

I'm going to South America in 2 weeks.  I'll be gone for about 2 weeks.

As much as I love to travel, I realize that I normally need to be forced to go on vacation.  For some odd reason, I can't imagine being apart from my world for more than a couple of hours.  I think it all stems back ( Read more... )

Well...I've been pretty shitty at updating this journal thing.  I try to post at least once a day, but the last 2 weeks..I just haven't been that motivated.  Gonna try to change that.
