So yesterday I went back to Modesto and picked up kid #1 again. She just really didn't want to be there. She'e essentially a homebody and while staying with my parents feels like an extension of home, she's not quite as comfortable with the ex's mom. Oh damn. The new system is an incredible improvement. It took about 15 minutes to set up, and the 17" flat screen is super neat. I have one at work, but it's really a waste since I only ever look at the CASES system which runs in dos, and certain lameass child support and locate websites. I did it again this morning. Got up at a ridiculous hour to go shopping for the girls Christmas gifts at Wal-Mart. I know, stupid. But they had Nintendo DS Lites for $149 with a very cool game.
