We lucked out and they had Lakewood Brewing's new pils on tap then we closed down World Bottle Company.
The summer is mild enough to enjoy barleywine and double porters.

Glorious weekend with Peaches -she surprised me as her schedule allowed her
to stay both Friday and Saturday. Plenty of hang time to catch up and torment her taste buds with
yet more odd brews. She's such a good sport.

The annual Friday Beer Tasting at PugDog's shoved the gauntlet once again. The crew wasn't at full strength with

The Town Got Hit Last Night
Starting off at Trinity Hall in order to tick 512's black IPA, I found the beer well made but, meh for warm weather.
I've decided that I don't like the black IPA/Cascadian style. Dark and hoppy doesn't work for me.
