To my advantage, I had to run the upper management meeting as well as be the focus of it.
As per my style, I highlighted the conflicts and immediately broke the ice by asking,
“Which child do you want to kill?”.
Weird Hearald laughed, Big Urinal [SVP] moved past it and everyone else took it in various strides.
My project gets to move forward and project “Cauliflower” was re-vamped.
It did look bad to me that no one else in my group - Clivesdale [assigned Cauliflower] or
Breckenbrew [manager who should be familiar with both] - tried to resolve the conflict.
Non-Felonious Beer Tasting
Met up with the crew last night for the beginning of a small monthly tasting at WBC.
Everyone brings only one beer -either 12 or 22 oz. It's a two-hour session and just right for a weeknight.
Assurbanipaul's 7-10 year old Alesmith Old Numbskull barley wine took the crown.
If the brewer would've dated the bottle, this could've fetched a few hundred dollars online.
Though past prime, it still popped when opened and the oxidization was to style
but you could tell the beer was breaking down. Good thing he brought it out.
