Weekend del BeerDiablo 03172013
Glorious weekend with Peaches -she surprised me as her schedule allowed her
to stay both Friday and Saturday. Plenty of hang time to catch up and torment her taste buds with
yet more odd brews. She's such a good sport.
Belgian Date Night
Little people, queer beer and Europe themed the night. We got our schnitzel on at Jorg's -no Belgian restaurants
in Big D. I introduced Peaches to the movie “In Brugges”. Watermelon Wheat beer, Mead with cherry juice
and chipotle enhanced the night.
Luck of the Nicaraguan
We took in the Dallas St.Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday with Assurbanipaul, Morris729 and Hot Season.
I go because I can.It's within walking distance and I had the weekend off. Otherwise, I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
For a major city, this parade is still small town and fratboy-ish. Look to New Orleans, Rio, NYC, etc.

Get friends together for the parade and do things later makes a day of it. I got one bead necklace.
In comparison, Peaches -who's better looking with a bigger rack, got about a dozen. So jealous.
Later we all retired to my apartment for beer/movie/pizza action till 2300-ish. Finally watched “Iron Sky”. Not bad.
