I've driven about 1400 km since last Wednesday, making trips back and forth from the city with loads of boxes and one round trip to attend a birth. I am SICK of highway driving and I still have one more trip to make tomorrow to start my week of work. Bleh ( Read more... )

I left the charger for my phone at the hotel the other night so when my phone started to die last night I had to run my vehicle and use my car charger instead. I left for work early this morning and swung by the hotel - they had my cord, hallelujah!

Julia and Charlotte played really well together today.  It was wonderfully peaceful.

Kim and I watched the original "Footloose" on DVD this afternoon.  27 years ago I saw it for the first time and I can still remember leaving the theater and dancing on the sidewalk, thinking that I could dance just like they did.  Uh, no, I couldn't.
