Right, so, I applied for Housing and Council Tax Benefits here in Fleet on 10th May 2007. My income has not changed by one penny since. Today I receive a letter that after last week's review they're deciding to change the amount of benefit I receive, including backdating it. Anyone who has ever driven with me before (me driving) knows that unless I 100% know the way somewhere already I need a good navigator, who either knows the way or has directions or at least uses the maps available.
