Well, I've come to the conclusion today that I need to stop controlling my family. I feel like I've got that inspired, passionate self back. I was hitting a low yesterday. It was so low that I was almost thinking I shouldn't go to church the following morning. I mean, how low do you have to be to not want to go to church for you believers out there?

Other things that happened during my day that were good:

• met some friends at one of the local coffee shop and talked with them for 3.5 hours....good times
• went out for a jog
• studied some from that damn drivers' manual
