Travel Light
Well I haven't posted in awhile. More because I haven't had the energy nor the time to get on the computer for longer than 10 minutes unless I had homework to do online.
Life's great though just to let you all know. I'm sorry to everyone for not keeping in touch and reading your journals; believe me, it's not fair that I get comments from you guys and I do nothing in return. So I'll make an effort tonight sometime to get on longer and make a dent in the enormous friends' list I must have and try to comment on everything or something. lol
Big news though! I'm getting 97% in English 12!! Woot! I'm extremely proud of myself for putting in that good work ethic. The only thing that's bumming me out is that my parents lately haven't been taking an interest in my school life. It's been that for awhile actually. It feels like they don't feel proud of me like it's oh Lesa you got ANOTHER 'A'...it's a numb feeling for them. And yet they're able to criticize be that I don't have a job yet....thanks a bunch ma and pa. *sigh*
This is me being 'emo'...
Besides that we finished our internship with the Immigrants for Sociology today and bought a couple cakes for a little good bye party. It was great and the entire class was amazing; made the week fly by! I'm going to miss them all but we were planning on making a surprise visit next Thursday if it was alright with the teacher, Katey. <3
Oh and exams are next week so that's going to keep me away from the computer lots. I only have an English 12 final to worry about though so it shouldn't be too bad.
