Day 16 - Nightshift
Sanzo wakes up in Landels during the night shift, finds that the sutra is missing, and that the doors are unlocked. -- (with Martel)
Day 17 - Dayshift
[Breakfast] He wakes up the next morning in his room, and is herded into the cafeteria. -- (with Eddie Brock, and Goku)
[Music Room] He's led to the Music Room, by his two "favorite" people in the staff. - (Solo)
[Arts and Crafts Room] Sanzo encounters Luxord in the Arts and Crafts room, and notices the fact that it looks like the shit's been beat out of him. By a book. A pissing match in bitchery also ensues. Sanzo might have just found his match. - (with Luxord)
[Lunch] Sanzo catches the tail end of the fight between Luffy and Ichigo and is baffled as to why there are kids in this place, as well as actually deciding to eat something. - (Solo)
[Garden] He checks out the exterior of Landels, worries about Goku being exposed to the intercom and accepting a pattern, and decides to put up with potential annoyance and goes to talk with a group in a bid for more information. - (with Adelheid Bernstein, Leon Kennedy, Malice, and Hojo)
[Sun Room] After being taken to the sun room, Sanzo tries to seek out a very easy source of information (or so he thinks) from earlier, in the form of Malice. - (with Malice)
Day 17 - Nightshift
[Hall M1/Outside his room] Sanzo gets ready for nightshift, and decides to go check on Goku first. - (Solo)
[Hall M2/Outside Goku's room] He arrives at Hall M2, and tries to get Goku to wake up....only, the monkey isn't in his room when Sanzo gets there. The monk is understandably upset. - (with Kadaj and Malice/Alex)
[Hall F1] Kadaj takes Sanzo to go meet Malice and the others, before they head for the medwing. Sanzo wants to set some things straight first. - (with Kadaj, Malice/Alex, and Hojo)
[Medwing] Malice leads the group to the medical wing. Sanzo sees a Nightshift creature for the first time. - (with Kadaj, Malice/Alex, Hojo, Ichigo, Revan, and Brock)
Day 18 - Dayshift
[Breakfast] Sanzo fails to find a tranq gun before sunrise, and is annoyed at this fact. He also continues to keep an eye out for the monkey. - (with Revan)
[Courtard] The monk tries to meditate and focus on finding Goku. Daniella approachs him, and asks about how to make friends. Sanzo is at a loss of how to really answer. - (with Daniella)
[Showers] The males are herded off to the showers. Sanzo tries to just get clean. - (solo)
Day 18 - Nightshift - Building changes. Character is moved from landels_redux to Landels_damned
[Hall M30/Outside his room] The doors open, and Sanzo gets the strange feeling that something has changed with the overall situation. He plans to check on Goku's room, and to head off in search of records/an office. - (solo)
[Hallway Near Waiting Room/Lobby 1] Sanzo tries to head for Goku's room, gets turned around majorly by the shifted layout, and ends up among a one-sided fire fight. Or it appears that way until Elena loses her gun, which the priest manages to get. Ichigo, under a Confuse spell, does something incredibly stupid and tries to attack an armed Sanzo. - (with Roy, Elena, Kadaj, Dante, and Ichigo)
Day 19 - Dayshift
[Breakfast] Sanzo wakes up, and is surprised that he still has the pistol. He briefly considers using it on the orderlies. He also gets in trouble with the nurses for his replies on the Bulletin Board. - (with Zack)

[Disciplinary Therapy Room 2] Sanzo wakes to find that this place doesn't look too kindly on what he attempted. - (with nurses etc)

[Breakfast] Waking up doesn't have the monk in a much better condition. (with Darman)
[Doctor's Office 1] The monk is called in for a therapy session, much to his disgust. - (with Dr. Crane)
[Lunch] Sanzo returns from therapy and finds familiar face in the cafeteria. - (with Hakkai)
[Sun Room] Feeling marginally better after eating lunch with Hakkai, Sanzo gives and ends up dozing off like an old man. - (Solo)
Day 20 - Nightshift
[Hall M30} Feeling a lot better, but faced with some serious nicotine withdrawal, Sanzo sets out to look around for any places holding records - (with Fayt)
[Hallway outside Waiting Room/Lobby 1] Sanzo starts heading for Crane's office - (solo)
[Hallway between Doctor's Offices /Group Therapy Rooms] He arrives outside of Crane's office only to find it locked. He turns to his flashlight as a makeshift "key". - (solo)
Day 21 - Dayshift
[Breakfast] Sanzo seeks out Hakkai... - (with Hakkai and Kenren)
[Lunch] Sanzo meets up with Hakkai again. - (with Hakkai)
DAy 21 - Nightshift
[Outside Room M-23] He finds that the flashlight is still broken, but decides to head out anyway. - (solo)
[Outside of Nurse's Station/Male Room Block] Sanzo makes some progress without a working flashlight. - (monsters - never finished)
Day 22 - Dayshift
[Chapel] He wakes up to find that he has a room-mate, and as well as the day schedule offers the choice between Sun Room and the Chapel. Sanzo opts for the latter. Goku also suddenly reapppears. - (with Hakkai, Goku)
[Chapel: HEAD DOCTOR SPEECH] The Head Doctor arrives and chaos erupts. Hakkai asks what they should do, and Sanzo gives the order to stay where they are. Goku has selective hearing. - (with Hakkai, Goku and Kenren)
[Brunch] Sanzo grumps about the speech not making sense to him (relevency and all that). - (with Homura, Goku, and Kenren)

Day 22 - Nightshift
[Hall M21-M30 Hallway] Sanzo sets out once again, although he's distracted by the meeting with"Koumyou" earlier. - (with Goku)
[Hallway between the M41-M80 Block and Cafeteria] Sanzo and Goku begin making their way through towards the Chapel - (with Goku)
[2nd floor, top of stairs by the medical reference library] Moving on the second floor towards the Chapel, the pair spots a set of giant spiders fighting each other. Sanzo sets his foot down. - (with Goku)
[Chapel] They arrive at the chapel and meet another patient. They don't realize at first that Pyramid Head is in the room... - (with Goku, Xemnas, and Pyramid Head)
Day 23 - Dayshift
[Showers] Sanzo regains consciousness by the second shift and finds he's still alive, although his throat is covered with a massive set of bruises. He heads for the showers, keeping an eye out of Goku. - (with Barret)
[Showers] Homura calls out to "Konzen" to join them, and Sanzo gives them all the cold shoulder. - (with Hakkai, Homura, and Kenren)
[Music Room] Sanzo searched the music room for Goku, but doesn't find him there - (with Hakkai)

[Hall M21-M30] He takes Hakkai up on the "suggestion" and decides to go meet up with him. - (solo so far)
[Hall M51-M60] The monk meets Hakkai and decides to head for the Doctors' offices again. - (with Hakkai)
[Hallway Outside Sun-Room/Entry Room] Sanzo leads them on the way to the doctors offices, only Hakkai feels something is off, and somehow involving Gojyo. - (with Hakkai)

Dayshift - Day 24
[Breakfast] Morning arrives, and Sanzo meets up with Kenren and Hakkai. He wants to get down to the dirty business and find out more about last night but he's out-voted by Kenren and Hakkai. - (with Kenren and Hakkai)
[Courtyard] The next shift arrives, and Sanzo is taken to the courtyard. Hakkai is noticeably absent. - (with Goku)
[Lunch] Reassured of Goku's condition, Sanzo eyes his lunch suspiciously. Homura, seeking a distraction, spots the unlucky monk. - (with Homura, Goku and nurse/orderly)
[Recreational Field] The next shift thankfully arrives and Sanzo tries to get over the sedation. - (solo}
[Dinner] Sanzo returns to his room and finds that he has a new room-mate. - (with Hitsugaya)
Nightshift - Day 24
[Hall M21-M30 Hallway] Sanzo changes his gameplan to go map out Landels, while keeping an eye out for any signs of where their possession would be. - (solo)
[Hallway Outside M-Blocks] Sanzo finds Seishirou and Goku talking. - (with Seishirou, Goku, and Kaoru)
Dayshift - Day 25
[Recreational Field] Sanzo's injuries have pretty much healed, but he's faced with nicotine withdrawal. He tries to do something useful like scouting the field to keep his mind off it. - (Solo so far)
[Lunch] Sanzo arrives at the cafeteria and decides that he may want to look into securing an escape route before his belongings. - (with Hakkai, Kenren, and Goku)
[Dinner] Hitsugaya and Sanzo talk some more, namely on organizing the patients into an escape. Sanzo doesn't think it's the best idea because of the issue of trust, but he still can't help but be a little impressed by Hitsugaya's efficiency. - (with Hitsugaya)
Nightshift - Day 25
[Room M23/Hallway M21-M30] The priest makes some plans for tonight and leaves his room... only to run into Hitsugaya and Homura out in the hallway. Sanzo is predictably not thrilled to see the war god. Homura decides to have some fun at the monk's expense, while Hitsugaya recognizes an implosion about to happen and wisely makes a getaway. - (with Hitsugaya and Homura)
[Stairway near Nurse Station/Waiting Room 1] Furious at what just transpired with Homura in the hallway, Sanzo storms off, and begins heading to look for Patient Possessions Room. - (solo)
[Second Floor: 2F Hallway outside SC Final Prep Area] Arriving at the top of the stairs, Sanzo checks out his options, and narrows it down to one. He heads that way. - (solo)
[Second Floor: Hallway near Laundry Room] Sanzo reaches the end of the hall and is faced with two choices: a closed door and an open hallway. He hears a crashing sound from the hallway. - (solo)
[Second Floor: Hallway near Laundry Room] The monk heads over to investigate what the source of the noise was and comes upon several patients who managed to ram a door open. - (with Masaru, Asch, and Luke)
[Second Floor: Main File Storage Room] The group continues onto the room. Sanzo comes across "his" files, as well as Homura's. He also lectures the other three. - (with Masaru, Asch, and Luke)
Dayshift - Day 26
[Breakfast] The priest arrives at breakfast and already is impatient for it to be the evening shift. He also notices that the "gift" from Homura is still on him and is not pleased. - (with Hakkai)
[Men's Showers] Sanzo goes about the business of cleaning up. Homura shows up to feel up with his eyes and provokes Sanzo some more. The monk gets to at least lay a satisfying punch on him, but not before he gets sniped. - (with Homura and orderly)
[Sun Room] Pissed as hell, Sanzo stops in at the Sun Room and tries to calm down. The monkey shows up and ensures that doesn't happen. - (with Goku)
[Lunch] Sanzo sits in the cafeteria for lunch, and to hopefully get some cigarettes. Naoe shows up in answer from Sanzo's board posting and gives a box over, as a potential way to make alliances. Soubi catches a glimpse this and heads over to make it a smoker's convention. - (with Naoe and Soubi)
[Sun Room] Successful in obtaining some cigarettes, Sanzo heads for the Sun Room rather than the Game room. Tipped off about a certain bruise, Kenren comes snooping around to check it out. - (with Kenren)
[Dinner Shift/Room M23] Sanzo checks out the two files he nabbed from the file room the previous night. - (with Hitsugaya)
Nightshift - Day 26
[Hallway M21-M30] Hitsugaya runs out, having guessed who one of the patients on Special Counseling is. Sanzo heads out, although not nearly in the same hurry. Homura shows up and waltzes into his room. Sanzo is too stunned at first to say anything, but then regains his senses. - (with Homura)
[Hallway Outside M1 - M40 Blocks] Sanzo storms over this way, and almost misses Hakkai - (with Hakkai)
[M1-10 Hallway] Hakkai and Sanzo head over to Goku's room to get the chimp before they move on. - (with Hakkai and Goku)
[First M-Block Hallway] Goku leads the way out of the M-block, Sanzo grumbles at this change in his ward and is still unsure what to make of it. - (with Hakkai and Goku)
[First Floor: Hallway near Nurse's Stations] Sanzo takes over leading the way and heads for the rec/soccer field. - (with Hakkai and Goku)
[Soccer/Recreational Field] They reach the rec field and see a patient under Special Counseling attacking others. Sanzo tells Goku to stay out of that fight, Hakkai gives more background on the nature of Special Counseling while Sanzo gets suspicious. Dayshift - Day 27
[Sun Room] Sanzo wakes up late and walks in on Hakkai and Kenren. He grumps about being Hakkai fussing over him. - (with Hakkai and Kenren)
[Lunch] Sanzo remembers that offer of Homura's and decides he sure as hell isn't going to to take it. He suspiciously keeps an eye on the god from across the room. - (solo so far)
Nightshift - Day 27
[Hallway M21-M30] Sanzo is alerted by Hitsugaya about Homura's arrival at their shared cell, along with more company. - (with Hitsugaya, Homura, and Kyouya)
Dayshift - Day 28
[Bus 3] Sanzo wakes to hear this announcement about the trip to a nearby town. - (solo)
[Doyleton/Germaine Street] The monk comes across Seishirou, and they end up traveling in search of cigarattes and lighters. - (with Seishirou)
[Doyleton/Main Street] The pair spot a grocery store and decide to check it out. How they'll get the cigarettes is still up in the air. - (with Seishirou)
[Doyleton/Callahan's Grocer] Sanzo has the bad feeling that he's about to be involved in petty theft. - (with Seishirou and Callahan)
[Bus 2] Homura shows up to offer some "help" to Sanzo. - (with Homura)
Nightshift - Day 28
[Bus 2] Nightshift arrives with a bang while everyone is trapped on the bus. The staff near Sanzo warp, and he starts to paralyze it while the others keep it busy. - (with Renji, Diva, Max, and orderly)
[Bus Unloading Area] Sanzo makes his way out of the bus and into the fire, finding that outside isn't much better either. - (with aquila)
Dayshift - Day 29
[Sun Room] Kenre shows up and delivers the news that Hakkai's gone. Sanzo doesn't discount the possibility that he's dead, but agrees to help search for him. Sort of. - (with Kenren)
[Courtyard] Sanzo runs into a new patient with an X-shaped scar on his cheek. - (with Kenshin)
[Dinner] he finally gets to smoke his first cigarette in weeks. - (with Hitsugaya)
Nightshift - Day 29
[Hallway M21-M30]] Sanzo discovers that most of his clothes (minus the sutra) have been returned to him. He's somewhat suspicious but in this case, isn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth. He nabs one of his cell-mate's maps on the way out - (Solo)
[M-A Block Hallway] The priest pauses to check out a copy of Hitsugaya's map, and is approached by a certain Jedi. - (with Qui-Gon)
[East Wing South Hall 1-B] The Jedi Master and Sanzo continue on. Qui-Gon is surprised to find someone who's heard of the Republic. - (with Qui-Gon)
[Main Hallway 1-Center] Obi-wan comes upon them and the group decides to check out the Library after hearing Mr. Radio's most recent broadcast. - (with Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan)
[Sun Room] The group manages to avoid the Tyrant causing chaos in the Sun Room, and push onwards. - (with Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan)
[Patient Library] They discover Mr. Radio seated with one of the cats. Sanzo is suspicious and says so, Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon smooth it over with a little Jedi diplomacy, and Jack offers them weapons and medicine: he wants Landel brought down as much as the patients, if not more. He asks what they want, Sanzo answers, but it doesn't go so smoothly from there. - (with Qui-Gon,Obi-Wan, and Mr. Radio)
Dayshift - Day 30
[Breakfast] Sanzo seeks out Qui-Gon at breakfast to confront him about the previous night. - (with Qui-Gon)
[Room M23] They're all sent to their rooms during the lockdown. Sanzo and Hitsugaya both share the same disdain for the people stupid enough to try going against the staff during the day. - (with Hitsugaya)
[Men's Showers] Sanzo enters the showers, and keeps an eye out for Hakkai and Goku. - (solo)
[Patient Library] Qui-Gon comes across Sanzo again, and they resume the conversation from the breakfast shift. - (with Qui-Gon)
Nightshift - Day 30
[M21-M30 Hall] Homura gets ambushed by a gun-toting Sanzo, who's livid over Homura's words regarding Goku's dissappearance. Homura gets shot/grazed in the leg but manages to turn the entire situation over on its head. Adelheid gets an eyeful and isn't happy about it. - (with Homura and Adelheid)
Dayshift - Day 31
[Breakfast] Sanzo decides to get some well-deserved payback on Homura, even if there's consequences. Okita tries to defend his leader. Nurses and a squad of orderlies show up. - (with Homura, Okita, and nurses)

Nightshift - Day 31
[Second Floor: Solitary] Stuck in Solitary for the entire day, Sanzo spends time both fuming over Homura and getting distracted by his memory of the night before, and isn't happy about that fact. He hears the alarms and the muffled announcement from Landel - (solo)
[Second Floor: Disciplinary Therapy Corridor] Starting out weaponless and without a flashlight, Sanzo tries to make his way down the hall, preferably to head back to his room to get his shit together. Qui-Gon stumbles upon him. - (with Qui-Gon)
[Second Floor: Main Hallway 2-East] Qui-Gon and Sanzo return to the main hallway. Qui-Gon puts out the invitation to explore, Sanzo accepts it. They decide to check out the most blank area of Qui-Gon's map. - (with Qui-Gon)
[Second Floor: Main Hallway 2-Center] They continue on... - (with Qui-Gon)
[Second Floor: East Wing, North Hall 2-B] ....going this way, finding a previously locked door unlocked.... - (with Qui-Gon)
[Second Floor: Decontamination Room] They end up in the Decontamination Room and press forward... - (with Qui-Gon)
[Second Floor: Experimental Treatments Laboratory] They see that someone's raided the experimental treatments lab, the cabinet standing wide open - (with Qui-Gon)
[Second Floor: Autopsy Room One] They come upon an autopsy room, and check it out. - (with Qui-Gon)
[Second Floor: Morgue] Qui-Gon and Sanzo arrive at the morgue, and come upon Daniella attacking two other patients. - (with Qui-Gon, Mozenwrath, Scar, and Daniella)
Dayshift - Day 32
[Sun Room] Sanzo rethinks his plan concerning Homura and decides to return to his original one: taking him down at night, where the staff can't interfere. - (solo)
[Dinner] The monk arrives at the shared room to find that Hitsugaya isn't there yet. He drops off some scalpels for the kid, considering that he'd borrowed his bat for use against Homura, and lifted a map of his as well. - (with Hitsugaya)
Nightshift - Day 32
[M21-M30 Hallway] Sanzo is dissappointed to find that Homura isn't stalking the hallway this time, now that he's ready for him, and decided how to take care of him during the nightshift - (solo)
[Main Hallway, 1-West] He pauses to decide whether he'll go back to the morgue or not and check for any signs of Hakkai and Goku's bodies. Only it turns out there's no need for checking on the latter. - (with Goku)
[Main Hallway, 1-Center] Goku believes that Hakkai isn't dead. Sanzo tells him not to get his hopes up. They decide to go look for Hakkai, and Sanzo starts leading them both back towards the morgue - (with Goku)

[Second Floor: Main Hallway 2-West] They arrive at a familiar hallway. - (with Goku)

[Second Floor: Morgue] They arrive after Gin and Rangiku's battle with a monster, and just witness the carnage in the room. Sanzo and Goku search for any clues as to whether Hakkai is living or not. Sanzo stumbles upon Mr. Radio's autopsy report. - (with Goku)
Dayshift - Day 33
[Breakfast] Sanzo spots Homura's injuries and is suddenly in a better mood. Peter Parker joins Sanzo. - (with Peter Parker)
[Sun Room] Kenren sees a message on the bulletin board left by Sanzo, and goes to meet the monk in the Sun Room. - (with Kenren)
[Lunch] Goku gets a lesson in manners from a frustrated Haseo. - (with Haseo and Goku)
[Dinner] Sanzo chills in his cell, smoking - (solo)
Nightshift - Day 33
[M21-M30 Hallway] He considers the new developments and the Head Doctor's strange behavior. -(solo)
[West Wing, South Hall 1-A] Goku neglected to mention where his cell is earlier, so Sanzo waits around for him. - (with Goku)
[Breakfast] He muses over the issues with the intercom vs woman on the radio. - (solo)
[Courtyard] Sanzo decides to check on the walls, to see if there's any sign of changes during the day. Trance bounces up to him. - (with Trance)
[Lunch] Homura's memories have been tampered with thanks to his MU session the previous nightshift. He mistakes Sanzo for Konzen, and goes up to him, Kenren tries to stop him. Things get ugly. - (with Homura and Kenren)
[Men's Showers] Sanzo showers off, fuming over the last shift. - (solo)
[Sun Room] He heads for the Sun Room after the quick shower, and tries to figure out what to do with Kenren. Goku shows up and they discuss Kenren. Goku isn't quite convinced. - (with Goku)

Nightshift - Day 34
[ M21-30 Hallway] Sanzo considers this night's intercom, and decides where to head out for tonight - (solo)
[West Wing, South Hall 1-A] He makes his way towards the Sun room - (solo)
[Main Hallway 1-Center] Outside the Sun Room, Sanzo remains cautious and steels himself to go in. - (solo)
[Sun Room] Sanzo draws his gun, and scans the room...Wolverine is on SC tonight. - (with Wolverine)
[Cafeteria] Sanzo manages to get to the cafeteria, and tries to quickly bandage his wounds. Qui-Gon finds him. - (with Qui-Gon)
[Kitchen (First Floor)] Qui-Gon senses something from the freezer, Sanzo shoots the lock off - (with Qui-Gon)
[Walk-In Refrigerator] Sanzo finds the tile entrance and the stairs - (with Qui-Gon)
[BASEMENT: Ballroom] They come out into the ballroom. Callisto follows them in, and lets them know that Wolverine isn't as dead as Sanzo thought he was. - (with Qui-Gon and Callisto)
[BASEMENT: East Hall] They check out the East Hallway - (with Qui-Gon and Callisto)
[BASEMENT: Hall of Armor] They enter the Hall of Armor; Qui-Gon finds a lightsaber, Callisto finds a long sword. Sanzo, suspicious of this set up, hangs back. - (with Qui-Gon and Callisto)
[BASEMENT: Weapons Range] They come upon the weapons range, which looks like a Jedi training room tonight. The droids come alive, and Sanzo is knocked out for the rest of the nightshift. - (with Qui-Gon and Callisto)
[Dayshift - Day 35]
[Bus 1] Sanzo wakes to find himself bandaged up but still relatively weak. Against reason, he decides to go on the Doyleton trip so he can check up on Goku. He's definitely not worried, at all. Qui-Gon decides to check upon him.

[Magus Park] Sanzo waits for Goku and correctly guesses that Goku didn't find Hakkai. Goku is embarrassed. Questions are dodged - (with Goku)
[Germaine Street] Goku learns about the basement, and notices that Sanzo is hurt. He resolves to come with next time, Sanzo relents on that. - (with Goku)
[Main Street] Goku picks their destination: a restaurant (unsurprisingly). - (with Goku)

[Room M23/Hallway M21-M30] The priest makes some plans for tonight and leaves his room... only to run into Hitsugaya and Homura out in the hallway. Sanzo is predictably not thrilled to see the war god. Homura decides to have some fun at the monk's expense, while Hitsugaya recognizes an implosion about to happen and wisely makes a getaway. - (with Hitsugaya and Homura)
[Stairway near Nurse Station/Waiting Room 1] Furious at what just transpired with Homura in the hallway, Sanzo storms off, and begins heading to look for Patient Possessions Room. - (solo)
[Second Floor: 2F Hallway outside SC Final Prep Area] Arriving at the top of the stairs, Sanzo checks out his options, and narrows it down to one. He heads that way. - (solo)
[Second Floor: Hallway near Laundry Room] Sanzo reaches the end of the hall and is faced with two choices: a closed door and an open hallway. He hears a crashing sound from the hallway. - (solo)

[Breakfast] The priest arrives at breakfast and already is impatient for it to be the evening shift. He also notices that the "gift" from Homura is still on him and is not pleased. - (with Hakkai)
[Men's Showers] Sanzo goes about the business of cleaning up. Homura shows up to feel up with his eyes and provokes Sanzo some more. The monk gets to at least lay a satisfying punch on him, but not before he gets sniped. - (with Homura and orderly)
[Sun Room] Pissed as hell, Sanzo stops in at the Sun Room and tries to calm down. The monkey shows up and ensures that doesn't happen. - (with Goku)
[Lunch] Sanzo sits in the cafeteria for lunch, and to hopefully get some cigarettes. Naoe shows up in answer from Sanzo's board posting and gives a box over, as a potential way to make alliances. Soubi catches a glimpse this and heads over to make it a smoker's convention. - (with Naoe and Soubi)

[M-A Block Hallway] The priest pauses to check out a copy of Hitsugaya's map, and is approached by a certain Jedi. - (with Qui-Gon)

[Bus 1] Sanzo wakes to find himself bandaged up but still relatively weak. Against reason, he decides to go on the Doyleton trip so he can check up on Goku. He's definitely not worried, at all. Qui-Gon decides to check upon him.
