Nightshift 25: 2nd Floor Main File Storage Room

As much as Luke hated to admit it, the stranger had a point about them just letting every monster in the area know where to find them. But at least they got the door open, and to make things better, that guy actually had a flashlight. That was good, because Luke had no idea what exactly was in this room.
"Well, we couldn't figure out any other way to open the door..." He lamely explained their actions, though Luke realized a little too late that he just made them sound more like idiots. Damnit, he really just couldn't win when it came to this place!
Instead, he just stood up to make sure that everyone else was OK. Which would have been in the case, except Luke realized that the soft thing that broke his fall was actually Masaru and not something inanimate like he thought.
"Augh! Masaru, are you OK? I didn't know you were the thing that broke my fall!"
